Customer care was polite and friendly. 3 stars because expectations were not set once we brought our vehicle in for emissions and state inspection and a key fob program. We arrived at 8:45 and left after 10:30a. No one informed us it would take 90 minutes to program a key fob. We were not given updates on service progress. Complete failure to communicate.

In and out of service quickly and they applies all the GM Rewards points without a problem.

Needed PA State Inspection & Emissions Testing for 2020 Chevy Spark. No problem with appointment. Great service.

Everything went well discussed the issue repairs were made and the vehicle was delivered as planned.

Dropped it off at 9:00 in the morning to get radiator flush transmission flush and all wheel alignment took a little longer than I thought I didn't get out of there till 1:30 but they did a great job.
