I took my truck in for a repair assessment after receiving two different estimates from two different repair shops. They were knowledgeable and honest regarding the issues and gave me solid advice for moving forward with the vehicle! I am grateful for their help!

Initial appt was a problem. Got to shop for appt, got checked in. However truck was not attended to for an hour. When I inquired with the service coordinator he seemed puzzled. BLUF, service coordinator and technician weren’t on the same page. Had to return next day for service. 2nd visit was more successful

We were traveling back to NC when our car decided now was a good time for the power steering to go. Wright got us right in and somehow figured out the issue. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend them.
